The hotel is situated in an area, which as far back as the 15th century was the scene of important events in Czech history. However, nowadays it is surrounded by modern business centres, shops and restaurants and amusement facilities.

If you want to see a concert, you can visit the Palác Akropolis or O2 Arena, an elevator will take you to the highest tower in the Czech Republic, the Žižkov television tower with restaurant. Shopping, entertainment and films are on offer in the shopping centre Palác Flora. Vítkov Park is very close, with its wonderful vistas of Prague, ideal for jogging and walks. New Jewish Cemetery - where the writer Franz Kafka is buried. All the monuments in the centre of Prague are easily accessible, along with the Prague Castle with its St. Vitus Cathedral.
